  • Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Sale items and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • After approval, the product will be picked up or you will receive return instructions.
  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection and are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.
