FAQ

Payment & Shipping Policy:

  • Payment Method: All orders placed on ZURRI are prepaid only. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Dispatch:

We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of placement. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday or the next working day.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at zurristory2425@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for your request. For damaged or incorrect items, kindly share clear images or an unboxing video for faster verification.
  • Exchanges can be made for any available style or size. If there is a price difference, the balance amount will be collected or refunded accordingly.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
  • Once your request is placed, pickup will be arranged within 48 hours.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Damaged or defective products will be replaced with the same item. If the same item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value.
    Important: Please record a clear unboxing video and share it with us along with your Order ID. This helps us verify and process your request quickly.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns that do not meet our quality checks may not be accepted.
  • Please ensure that the correct item is packed for return. While our team will make every effort to assist in recovering an incorrect return, ZURRI cannot be held responsible for any loss or misplaced items.
